Provided is a mounting/demounting structure for a built-in part for a fuel tank, the mounting/demounting structure enabling the built-in part to be highly accurately and easily affixed at a predetermined position within the fuel tank, the mounting/demounting structure also enabling the built-in part to be easily demounted after the affixation. A mounting/demounting structure for a built-in part for a fuel tank is provided with: a mounting-receiving member (20) provided to the inner wall of the fuel tank (1); and a section (30) to be mounted, the section (30) to be mounted being mounted to and demounted from the mounting-receiving member (20). The mounting-receiving member (20) is provided with: a base (21) welded to the inner wall of the fuel tank (1); a neck (22) continuous with the base (21); and a head (23) continuous with the neck (22). The section (30) to be mounted is provided with a base (35); an engagement groove (31) provided in the base (35) and allowing the neck (22) to engage therewith; an elastic engagement section (32) provided near the engagement groove (31) and allowing the head (23) to engage therewith; and an unlocking operation section (36) provided to the elastic engagement section (32) and releasing the head (23) from the elastic engagement section (32).
