PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to estimate a time required fo heat sealing, a seal load given onto a plastic film layer and so on with a good accuracy.SOLUTION: In a heat seal device, at least one of two seal bars, which are so disposed as to face each other with plural plastic films interposed therebetween, can reciprocate in a direction such that a clearance of said two seal bars is reduced and is enlarged, and said plural plastic films are held by said two seal bars of which the clearance is reduced thereby performing heat seal. A heat seal processing measurement apparatus measures the clearance by use of a time as a variable, calculates a seal bar displacement model on the basis of the measured result, and calculates at least one of a seal time and a seal load of the heat seal on the basis of the calculated seal bar displacement model. |
