PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive adhesive tape that is excellent in sticking workability and conductivity and a method of producing the conductive adhesive tape.SOLUTION: The conductive adhesive tape comprises a metal layer 2, a conductive cloth 4 put on one face 2a of the metal layer 2 through an adhesive layer 3, and a conductive adhesive layer 5 put on the other face of the metal layer 2, with the adhesive layer 3 comprising a resin component with a glass-transition temperature of 45°C or less. |
