PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light shielding film formation substrate in which a light shielding film capable of achieving an excellent light shielding property and infrared transmittance is formed while a side in contact with the substrate has pale color with high designability.SOLUTION: A light shielding film formation substrate includes: a substrate; a resin layer (A) formed on the substrate; and a resin layer (B) formed on the resin layer (A). The resin layer (A) contains white pigment, the resin layer (B) contains black pigment with specific structure, or red pigment and blue pigment, and optical concentration of a lamination of the resin layer (A) and the resin layer (B) is equal to or greater than 3.0. |
