PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage mechanism and a portable massager which are low in cost, easily assembled, compact in a structure.SOLUTION: The massage mechanism includes: a massage part, a massage motor 2, a transmission device, and a controller. The transmission device includes: a first transmission mechanism driving the massage part to perform rubbing massage, and a second transmission mechanism driving the massage part to perform tapping massage. In transmitting driving force from the first and second transmission mechanisms to the massage part, when the massage motor 2 rotates normally, a one-way bearing 20 idles in the normal direction, and stops transmitting the driving force to the tapping mechanism, and the massage part performs only the rubbing massage. When the massage motor 2 rotates inversely, the one-way bearing 20 is locked in the inverse direction, and connected to the tapping mechanism in transmission, and the massage part performs the rubbing and tapping massages simultaneously. |
