PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that helps an operator engaged in operation at a part mounting line improve spontaneous operation motivation.SOLUTION: A system that helps an operator engaged in operation at a part mounting line improve his/her operation motivation comprises: score calculation means for calculating a score for an operation done by the operator; cumulative score calculation means for calculating a cumulative score of the operator; proficiency identification means for identifying the operator's proficiency according to the cumulative score of the operator; and information provision means for providing information on improvement of the operator's operation efficiency for the operator. In the system, the information provision means provides a different classification of the information for the operator according to his/her proficiency. |
