PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow printers to cooperate with each other to automatically reduce the peak power, in a system, a device, and a method for reducing the peak power of the printers.SOLUTION: A control object printer is in a peak power state during warm-up or printing because a fixation heater, or the like operates. In this case, the state column of device information of the control object printer is set as "printing" by a step S304 or S312. When a different printer tries to start warm-up processing or print processing, the control object printer responds the state of "printing". As a result, in the printer control processing of the different printer, determination of a step S303 or S311 becomes a stand-by state for YES. Thereby, a case is avoided, in which two or more printers are in the peak power state. |
