<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that not a complex soldering device including hot air preheating means and solder heating means for heating with a light beam projected from a light beam projector, but a soldering device that can be achieved with a simple mechanism, and can perform soldering without flowing out cream solder from a predetermined region, is desired.SOLUTION: A soldering means for soldering a component to a printed board by means of a light beam includes a light beam projector projecting the light beam, moving means for moving the light beam projector in a direction parallel with the printed board and in a direction perpendicular thereto, measurement means for measuring the temperature of solder on the printed board, and a controller for obtaining a temperature measurement value from the measurement means, and controlling the position of the light beam projector by the moving means and the projection state of the light beam projector.</p> |
