<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weighing apparatus capable of preventing: abnormalities causing trouble for appropriate operations from being neglected; and incorrect weighing from being performed without any change by a customer who is unfamiliar with the use of weighing apparatuses.SOLUTION: A weighing apparatus 1 used by a customer for the weighing comprises: a weighing tray 3 on which an object to be weighed including a container and a product is placed; a weighing mechanism 5 for weighing the object to be weighed which has been placed on the weighing tray 3; a human sensor 8 for sensing the presence of a person around the weighing tray 3; and an abnormality determination unit for determining whether an abnormality is occurring or not when the human sensor 8 senses no person.</p> |
