Systems, devices, and methods are provided for measuring an electrocardiogram (ECG) or other cardiac parameters with an attachable monitoring device. The attachable monitoring device may be coupled to a wearable monitoring device or wearable monitoring devices. Sensor electrodes are built into the main body of the attachable monitoring device to sense a biometric parameter of a user.

1. A method for monitoring a biometric parameter of a user, comprising
receiving, by said user, an attachable monitoring device comprising a processor and a sensor, wherein said attachable monitoring device is configured to couple with a wearable monitoring device of said user; coupling, by said user, said attachable monitoring device with said wearable monitoring device; sensing, with said sensor, a biometric parameter of said user; and transmitting said biometric parameter of said user to said wearable monitoring device of said user.
