The present invention provides a remote management server, a remote unified management system including the same and a remote management method thereof which can manage the amount of electricity used as to a plurality of indoor units efficiently which is installed at least one management spot, by generating setting temperature information as to the indoor units on the basis of weather information as to the management spot, and transmitting the setting temperature information to the management spot. For this, the remote management server according to an embodiment of the present invention manages the management spot remotely where an air conditioner comprising the indoor units performing air conditioning and one or more outdoor units driving the indoor units by being connected to the indoor units is installed. The remote management server may include: a communication part which performs communication with the management spot; and a control part which controls the communication part to acquire weather information as to the management spot from the outside, and generates setting temperature information as to the indoor units on the basis of the weather information in case a weather information linking mode is enabled, and controls the communication part to transmit the setting temperature information to the management spot. |
