Disclosed in the present invention are an apparatus and a method for regulating a camera module. The apparatus for regulating a camera module can accurately control focus of a camera module by fastening a focus cone to the camera module in a non-contact way by using a plurality of vision parts. The apparatus for regulating a camera module comprises a housing wherein an image sensor is attached to a lower part thereof, and a lens barrel having a lens inside.
