The present invention relates to a cargo loading ship. A hull of the ship comprises: an upper deck house; a plurality of lower deck house units supporting the upper deck house, having the lower deck houses, and opened in a longitudinal direction of the hull of the ship; and a moving unit formed in the lower deck house units and the upper deck house to allow the upper deck house to be moved in a multi-stage sliding method. Therefore, a movable deck house is arranged to maximize the quantity of cargoes loaded in the ship.
