The present invention relates to a rubber molding apparatus formed not only to maintain a proper gap between a relevant base and a slide plate to prevent friction and scratches which are unavoidably caused during a process accompanied by a series of movements for molding object rubber but also to prevent defects caused by frequent friction after repetitious movements for a long time by improving a related structure. The rubber molding apparatus comprises a lifting unit (20) and a slide unit (10). The lifting unit comprises: a movable plate (21) which is controlled to move in a vertical direction depending on whether a cylinder operates or not; a sub-cylinder (22) which is formed to be connected to each edge of the movable plate and provides the same pressure when the movable plate is moved in the vertical direction; and a base (23) which is fixated on an upper side of the movable plate. The slide unit (10) comprises: a pair of rail units (11) which are arranged on an area close to a moving plate to face each other; and a slide plate (12) which moves in a horizontal direction in a space provided by the rail units and induces a mold to change a slide location. Scratches and abrasion on the surface of the base can be prevented by enabling the slide plate (12) and the base (23) to move and slide while the slide plate (12) is separated from the base (23) at a certain distance. |
