PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic head, a magnetic head assembly and a magnetic recording/reproducing device using a magnetic resistance effect type sensor with a thin film thickness.SOLUTION: The magnetic head of a first embodiment includes: a first electrode layer; a metal magnetic layer formed over the first electrode layer; an organic molecule layer which is laminated over the metal magnetic layer including a Pi-conjugated electronic structure and a magnetized part on the interface between the metal magnetic layer and the organic molecule layer; an inorganic layer formed over the organic molecule layer; and a second electrode layer formed on the inorganic layer.
