PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately grasp the state of radio field intensity at another access point, while suppressing an increase of power consumption at a terminal.SOLUTION: Based on radio field intensity information, an access point 2 generates instruction information which instructs the measurement of radio field intensity, according to the detection of an influence change upon access point 2 by another access point 5, to transmit the generated instruction information to a terminal 1. The terminal 1, on receiving the instruction information from the access point 2, measures radio field intensity on basis of the instruction information. |
