PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance of a resin molded part.SOLUTION: Provided is a die 1 comprising: a sprue 10 to form into the passage of a molten resin XA1; a sheet-shaped runner 11 into which the molten resin XA1 flows from the sprue 10; a pair of die bodies 3, 4 connected to the whole of the outer circumference of the runner 11, forming the respective spaces of a molded part-shaped cavity 12 into which the molten resin XA1 directly flows from the runner 11 and forming a resin molded part 50 with an opening part 51 corresponding to the runner 11 by the curing of the molten resin XA1 made to flow into the cavity 12; and a circular cutting frame 5 entering the part connected with the runner 11 in the cavity 12 and cutting the molten resin XA1. The cutting frame 5 corresponds to the shape of the edge of the opening part 51 of the resin molded part 50 in the shape of the tip, cuts the molten resin XA1 before the curing of the molten resin XA1 and symbolizes the edge of the opening part 51 at the same time. |
