The present disclosure relates to a lifting means for a concrete mixing transport truck (in-transit mixer), wherein in one aspect, the concrete mixing transport truck comprising a chassis, a drum, and an outlet for concrete discharged from the drum, and the lifting means comprises at least one actuator for moving at least the drum and the outlet into a position for supplying concrete from the drum to a concrete pump. In a further aspect, there is an in-transit mixer comprising the lifting means.
