<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of mounting a chip capacitor on the vicinity of a signal pin for AC coupling.SOLUTION: An electronic device comprises a circuit component equipped with a connection terminal and a though hole. This device includes: a printed wiring board which electrically connects a signal line pattern to the through hole; and a dielectric body which fills a space between the connection terminal and the through hole to have capacity as a capacitor. The connection terminal is electrically connected to the signal line pattern via the dielectric body.</p> |
