<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel capable of improving heat dissipation efficiency of a driver IC.SOLUTION: Disclosed is an organic EL panel 100 including: a support substrate 11; a light emission display part 12; and a driver IC 14 which is mounted on the support substrate 11 and applies a drive current to an area between first and second electrodes. A heat dissipation member 15 is arranged side by side with the driver IC 14 on the support substrate 11 and mainly contains the same material as the base material of the driver IC 14. The heat dissipation member 15 contains silicon as the same material as the base material of the driver IC 14.</p> |
