<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a lithium ion secondary battery separator by which a separator low in internal resistance and less in inside fine short circuit can be manufactured.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a lithium ion secondary battery separator comprises the step of depositing a coating liquid having an inorganic pigment dispersed in medium on a nonwoven fabric base. The step of depositing the coating liquid on the nonwoven fabric base includes: electrifying the coating liquid; and spraying, like fog, the electrified coating liquid on the nonwoven fabric base previously electrified at a potential different from that of the coating liquid, or spraying, like fog, the electrified coating liquid on the nonwoven fabric base while applying the different potential to a counter electrode set generally in parallel with the nonwoven fabric base on the side opposite to the face to deposit the coating liquid on.</p> |
