PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve advertising effects.SOLUTION: A movement control device is a control device for controlling mobile objects such as manned or unmanned autonomous airship robot aircrafts, helicopters, motorcycles, bicycles, and quadruped walking robots. The mobile objects provide various kinds of advertising information. The movement control device includes a survey unit, a determination unit, and an instruction unit. The survey unit surveys a position of a candidate for an information distribution target. Based on survey results, the determination unit determines a movement state in which a visibility rate of a mobile object providing information becomes higher. The instruction unit instructs the mobile object to move in accordance with the movement state determined by the determination unit. |
