PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that includes an outermost surface layer having excellent electrical characteristics and scratch resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrophotographic photoreceptor that has an outermost surface layer formed of a cured film of a composition containing a reactive charge transport material, where the coverage of zinc stearate on the surface of the outermost surface layer is 5.0% or more, and the coefficient of oxygen permeation of the outermost surface layer before the coverage by the zinc stearate is 2.0×10fm/Pa s or more.
