PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a fixed component at the transmission side to support a load for clutch operation with a simple structure in a power transmission device.SOLUTION: A power transmission device includes: a torque converter 2 connected with an engine side member; a clutch device 3 including a clutch cover assembly 41 and a clutch disc assembly 42; a turbine shaft 4; a clutch release mechanism 5; a housing 6; and a first bearing 7. The turbine shaft 4 is connected with an output part of the clutch disc assembly 42 and an output part of the torque converter 2. The housing 6 is fixed to a transmission side member. The first bearing 7 rotatably supports the turbine shaft 4 and receives an operation load to transmit the load to the housing 6.
