PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device that has a simple structure but can be commonly used for any grinder.SOLUTION: Mass dampers MD are housed in a three-dimensional space 3DS formed in a metal box 108Ah of the grinder table of a grinder. As the mass dampers MD, on the lower stage of the metal box 108Ah, 11 pieces of iron blocks 200 are disposed side by side with interposing rubber plates 300 therebetween. A rubber plate 300L is laid down over the top surfaces of 5 pieces of iron blocks 200 at the middle part and 5 pieces of iron blocks 200 are disposed thereon with interposing rubber plates 300 therebetween. Furthermore, on barrier plates 108AhL and 108AhR of the box 108Ah, 3 pieces of iron blocks 200 are disposed respectively with interposing rubber plates 300 therebetween, and a bar MDB is installed to push them against both sides.
