PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a heatable toilet seat that is provided with heating means capable of being attached to a seat member in a short time, and that has excellent appearance quality with no gap.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a heatable toilet seat is provided, the method including: a planar heating element disposing process for disposing a planar heating element to a first metal mold; a seat member/bottom wall member molding process for molding a seat member where a bottom wall member and the planar heating element are integrated by injecting molten resin between the first metal mold and a second metal mold; a molding metal mold separation process for separating the first metal mold and the second metal mold while holding the seat member to the first metal mold and the bottom wall member to the second metal mold respectively; a molding metal mold movement process for moving the first metal mold and the second metal mold so that the seat member and the bottom wall member face each other; a fitting process for fitting the seat member to the bottom wall member; and a bonding process for bonding the seat member and the bottom wall member by injecting a closing member to outside the fitting part of the seat member and the bottom wall member.
