This control apparatus (50) has a power-monitoring unit (52), a storage unit, and a device-controlling unit (51). The power-monitoring unit (52) obtains the total amount of power consumed by a plurality of load devices (61, 62). The storage unit stores criteria data in which discharge criteria for an electricity-storage apparatus (10) that discharges so as to supply power to the plurality of load devices (61, 62) are defined on the basis of the aforementioned total amount of power. The storage unit also stores device-power data in which operating states of one of the load devices (61, 62), namely a device (61) being controlled, are associated with amounts of power consumed by said device (61). On the basis of the discharge-criteria data and the obtained total amount of power, the power-monitoring unit (52) determines whether or not the discharge criteria have been met. If the discharge criteria have not been met, the operating state of the device (61) being controlled is controlled by the device-controlling unit (51), on the basis of the device-power data, such that the discharge criteria are met. |
