Provided is a network searching method, comprising: a terminal getting out of service from a first network or having not yet registered to the first network, and residing on a second network (202); and when a serving cell and/or an adjacent cell corresponding to the terminal in the second network changes, the terminal performing a searching operation on the first network (204). The present invention also proposes a corresponding network searching device and a terminal. By means of the technical solution of the present invention, not only the frequency and/or the number of times of network searching of a terminal can be controlled to avoid a waste of power consumption of the terminal caused by frequently blind network searching, but also the terminal can be facilitated to access a specific network as soon as possible thus to improve user experience.
