A composition comprising a compound that inhibits aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH), wherein said compound has the structurewherein R1 and R2 are independently or together selected from the group consisting of H, an alkyl, a cycloalkyl, together form a cycloalkyl or heterocyclic alkyl or aryl, an aryl, an alkenyl, a cycloalkyl, alkynl, and a substituted version of the aforementioned groups; and R3-R6 are independently selected from the group consisting of a halogen, H, an alkyl, a cycloalkyl, an aryl, an alkenyl, a cycloalkyl, alkynl, and a substituted version of the aforementioned groups. |
