The present invention relates to a method for producing a deer antler egg from a layer chicken grown with a deer antler extract. A deer antler component is extracted from natural deer antlers, and a deer antler extract produced by fermenting the extracted deer antler component is diluted in water to be drunken by a layer chicken. An egg from the layer chicken does not have bad egg smells. In addition, the egg which has increased inorganic protein, reduced cholesterol, carbohydrate, calorie, and saturated fatty acid, and the high protein, low fat, and low cholesterol can be obtained. The method comprises: a step (S110) of preparing a deer antler extract by combining 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of rice bran, 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of glucose, and 0.05 to 100 parts by weight of deer antler pieces with respect to 100 parts by weight of water, fermenting the same at 30-80°C for 10-30 days; a step (S120) of preparing a hatched layer chicken female chick; a first feeding step (S130) of diluting 0.0008-0.0012 g of the deer antler extract in 1 ml of water for each layer chicken to feed each layer chicken from the fourth day after hatch to the age of the 14th week; a second feeding step (S140) of diluting 0.028-0.032 g of the deer antler extract in 1 ml of water for each layer chicken to feed each layer chicken from the age of the 15th week to the age of the 22nd week; and a third feeding step (S150) of diluting 0.014-0.016 g of the deer antler extract in 1 ml of water for each layer chicken to feed each layer chicken from the age of the 23rd week. Water having the deer antler extract diluted therein is fed for a layer chicken, so active ingredients of the deer antler extract is transferred to an egg laid by the layer chicken. |
