The structure of a boiler apparatus can be improved to improve preheating efficiency in a preheating water supply tank. The boiler apparatus can discharge steam at constant pressure and temperature by reducing the temperature difference of water in a heating tank and water supplied from the preheating water supply tank when compared to an existing method. In the boiler apparatus, water passing through a cooling water supply pipe (130) circulates along a first preheating room (111), a second preheating room (112), and a third preheating room (113) to be gradually preheated at high temperatures. Hot water preheated by the third preheating room (113) is supplied to a hot water storage tank (120) through a connection hole (118a)(128a) to be supplied into a heating tank (100) through a water supply valve which is opened/closed based on the detection of a water level sensor (150). |
