PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetation mat excellent in landscape properties which can be produced in a short period of time, and to provide a method for producing the vegetation mat excellent in landscape properties.SOLUTION: The vegetation mat has: at least one kind of aquatic plants selected from the group consisting of deep-root plants, prostrate plants, and subterranean stem plants which are arranged in a vegetation base and at least one part of the perimeter of the vegetation base; and aquatic plants of shallow-root plants and/or axial root plants which are arranged in the other part in the vegetation base. |
