METHOD FOR RECOVERING SILVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering silver from a recovery object containing silver oxide and impurities in a solution purification step, while reducing the impurities.SOLUTION: A method for recovering silver includes: a dissolution step of obtaining a strong acid solution by dissolving, in a strong acid, a recovery object containing silver oxide, which is obtainable in a solution purification step for electrolytic silver refining; a reduction step of precipitating silver by adding copper in the strong acid solution; and a recovery step of recovering the precipitated silver.
