<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network management device, an information processing system and a program which stop an application executed by a virtual machine in accordance with the state change of a physical network.SOLUTION: A network management device comprises: an information acquisition part which receives from a virtual machine a management packet including management information in which the priority of applications operable on the virtual machine is combined with information on a communication band used for operation of the applications; and a selection part which selects an application to be stopped on the basis of the management information and information on a currently-available communication band, and transmits a response packet including information on the selected application to the virtual machine in order to make the virtual machine stop the selected application.</p> |
