PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically prepare a train diagram.SOLUTION: A processor executes: acquisition processing for acquiring a movement demand in a time zone subjected to train diagram preparation in an examination object route; first calculation processing for calculating the number of required service in the time zone subjected to train diagram preparation in the examination object route on the basis of the movement demand acquired by the acquisition processing and capacity of a mobile body; second calculation processing for calculating operation intervals at which the mobile body operates in the time zone subjected to train diagram preparation on the basis of the time length of the time zone subjected to train diagram preparation and the number of required service calculated by the first calculation processing; and preparation processing for preparing a train diagram on which the mobile body operates on the object route in the time zone subjected to train diagram preparation at the operation intervals calculated by the second calculation processing.
