The envelope 6 of the valleys has an average interval Sm of 100μm or more and 600μm or less, an average tilt angleθa of 0.1 degrees or more and 1.2 degrees or less, and a ten-point average roughness Rz of more than 0.2μm and 1.0μm or less.
