PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly control an IO (Input and Output) request from an information processor to a storage device.SOLUTION: An information processing system comprises: an information processor which calculates a performance target value of a VM (Virtual Machine) on the basis of a request IOPS (Input Output per Second), transmission IOPS, performance target value and target performance coefficient of the VM and a performance target value of a logical disk of a storage device, and achieves a QoS (Quality of Service) function of the VM on the basis of the calculated performance target value; and the storage device which calculates the performance target value of the logical disk on the basis of a reception IOPS, processing IOPS and performance target value of the logical disk, achieves the QoS function of the logical disk on the basis of the calculated performance target value, and transmits the calculated performance target value of the logical disk to the information processor.
