<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine variable valve gear capable of ensuring a small occupied volume and a simple structure and suppressing manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A variable valve gear 30 of an internal combustion engine 10 comprises: intake rocker arms 32 and 33 provided in a cylinder head 15, swingably supported by an intake rocker shaft 39, and arranged adjacent to each other; connecting pins 55 and 56 provided in the two intake rocker arms 32 and 33 to be slidably adjacent along rocker shaft axis directions; a spring member 60 pressing the connecting pin 56; and a push rod 66 pressing the connecting pin 55, and moves the two connecting pins 55, 56 forward and backward between the two intake rocker arms 32 and 33 by the push rod 66, thereby moving between a connection position at which the two intake rocker arms 32 and 33 are connected and a connection cancel position. A lever member 21 rotatably supported by the cylinder head 15 includes a lift cam 22 for pressing the push rod 66, and the lift cam 22 presses the push rod 66 in response to the swing of the lever member 22, thereby moving the connecting pins 55 and 56 forward and backward between the two intake rocker arms 32 and 33.</p> |
