<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the illuminance of a storage exterior side of a reach-in showcase, and to enhance the heat efficiency about the generation of cool air by inhibiting cool air circulating in a commodity display chamber from being warmed by heat from an interior illuminating lamp.SOLUTION: The interior illuminating lamp arranged in the commodity display chamber of the reach-in showcase, an exterior illuminating lamp arranged outside a transparent door body, and a human sensor for detecting the existence/absence of a person existing near the reach-in showcase are provided. The exterior illuminating lamp is always turned on during business hours of a store, and the interior illuminating lamp is provided so as to be able to switch light intensity to a higher or lower level such that the light intensity is made higher when the human sensor detects a person existing near the showcase, and lower when the human sensor does not detect a person existing near the showcase.</p> |
