The technical objective of the present invention is to provide a remote management server, a remote unified management system including the same, and a remote management method thereof which can perform automated after service reception as to an abnormal facility, by linking the remote management server and a service center server. For this, according to the present invention, disclosed is the remote management system including: the remote management server which manages the facility remotely; and the service center server which receives information as to the abnormal facility from the remote management server, and performs service registration on the basis of the information as to the abnormal facility. |
