SOUND-ABSORBING MATERIAL FOR VEHICLE USING MICRO-FIBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a sound-absorbing material using micro-fibers for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof. The sound-absorbing material using micro-fibers comprises: a felt sound-absorbing layer; an adhered layer formed on the upper surface of the felt sound-absorbing layer; and a micro-fiber sound-absorbing layer formed on the upper surface of the adhered layer. The method for manufacturing the sound-absorbing material comprises: a felt sound-absorbing layer manufacturing step of manufacturing the felt sound-absorbing layer having a surface density of 100 to 2,400 g/m2; an adhered layer forming step of forming the adhered layer on the upper surface of the felt sound-absorbing layer manufactured in the felt sound-absorbing layer manufacturing step, the adhered layer made of high polymer resin with a low fusing point of 140 deg. C or lower; a micro-fiber sound-absorbing layer stacking step of stacking the micro-fiber sound-absorbing layer on the upper surface of the adhered layer formed through the adhered layer forming step; and a forming step of forming a stacked body manufactured through the micro-fiber sound-absorbing layer stacking step. As such, the sound-absorbing material where the micro-fiber sound-absorbing layer is formed absorbs and reduces noise introduced into a vehicle and generated in the vehicle even without an increase in the weight of the sound-absorbing material, and restricts the generation of dust.
