<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide quality required for a quality-guaranteed service and to improve quality of a best-effort service.SOLUTION: A management system holds first network information, best-effort information indicating communication resources required by a path accommodating a best-effort service, and quality-guarantee information indicating communication resources required by a path accommodating a quality-guaranteed service, generates a first candidate path of the best-effort service on the basis of the best-effort information and the first network information, generates second network information on the basis of the communication resources indicated by the first network information and communication resources required by the first candidate path, generates a second candidate path of the quality-guaranteed service on the basis of the quality-guarantee information and the second network information, and if the communication resources required by a path accommodating the quality-guaranteed service can be allocated to the second candidate path, determines that the first candidate path is a path accommodating the best-effort service and determines that the second candidate path is a path accommodating the quality-guaranteed service.</p> |
