<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module arranged without sacrificing a power generation property by suppressing the buckling or damage of a solar battery cell or electric wire in a solar battery module, or the delamination of the solar battery cell in the module in fabricating a solar battery module, and in use under an environment accompanied by a large change in temperature.SOLUTION: A solar battery module comprises: a surface protection layer 2 and a backside protection layer 2 which are made of a resin of which the tensile elasticity is 1 GPa or larger, the linear expansion coefficient is 30 ppm/K or larger, and the total light transmittance 80% or larger; and a photoelectric conversion layer 5 having one or more solar battery cells connected by electric wires and laminated between the surface protection layer 2 and the backside protection layer 2. The solar battery module further comprises: sealing material layers 3 and 4 which are made of a particular material and laminated between the surface protection layer 2 and the photoelectric conversion layer 5, and between the photoelectric conversion layer 5 and the backside protection layer 2, respectively.</p> |
