<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve state diagnostic system capable of robustly monitoring and diagnosing the state of a valve relevant to influence of noises.SOLUTION: The valve state diagnostic system has a sensor 104 for reading operation information of a valve. A valve open/close segmentation section 210 acquires a signal at valve close by using a reference signal corresponding to an open/close command. A feature value calculation unit 203 calculates a feature value representing time-change state of the signal. An abnormality degree calculation section 204 calculates the abnormality degree by using a model parameter of a normal signal model 205 and the feature value. A state determination section 206 determines the state of the valve by using the abnormality degree. A dead stop state of the valve, an accidental open/close failure state, an open/close failure state due to over time degradation, and replacement timing recommendation condition due to over time degradation, etc. are presented to a diagnosis result presentation section 207.</p> |
