<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generation device, a generation method, and a program capable of generating structure information having a structure capable of reducing the amount of information.SOLUTION: The generation device includes: a storage unit for storing structure information representing the structure of elements of a transmission line; and a generation unit for specifying, from among the structure information stored in the storage unit, reference information that is the structure information having a highest degree of correspondence with the structure of elements of the subject of analysis, and generating the structure information of the subject of analysis representing the structure of elements of the subject of analysis by using a difference in the structure of elements of the subject of analysis from the structure represented by the reference information and the identification information of the reference information.</p> |
