PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that can reduce a coefficient of friction for a long period.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrophotographic photoreceptor that has a conductive substrate 4, an undercoat layer 1 that is arranged on the conductive substrate 4, a photosensitive layer that is arranged on the undercoat layer 1, and a layer forming an outermost surface (for example, protective layer 5) that contains a polymer of a charge transport material having a chain polymerizable group and a perfluoropolyether compound having at least one or more chain polymerizable group at both terminals of a molecular chain.
