<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector that can suppress displacement of a projection position of an image.SOLUTION: A projector includes a moving device (projection position adjustment device 4) that moves a projection optical device in a direction orthogonal to the central axis of the projection optical device, and the moving device includes: a moving member (main body part 61) that moves the projection optical device; a support (supporting member 7) that movably supports the moving member in the orthogonal direction; a screw gear 921 that has a spiral groove 922; an urging member BM that urges the screw gear 921 along the central axis of the screw gear 921; and an intermeshing member (engaging member 62) that intermeshes with the spiral groove 922 and moves along the central axis in association with the rotation of the screw gear 921 to move the moving member. The support includes an arrangement part 73 at which the screw gear 921 is rotatably arranged, and the arrangement part 73 includes a contact surface (surface 7331) that contacts the screw gear 921 along the direction where the urging member BM urges the screw gear 921.</p> |
