PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid feeding device which has high performance and is downsized.SOLUTION: A liquid feeding device includes a support basal plate 13 and an intermediate member 12. The intermediate member 12 is set on the support basal plate 13. The intermediate member 12 includes a valve 13 the outer peripheral part 31a of which is pressed to open or close a void part 31b, and a flow passage 34 communicating with the valve 13. The shape of the outer edge part 31a is a protruding shape having a curved surface and a shape symmetrical in reference with a direction of the flow passage 34, when projected on a flat surface perpendicular to a direction of the flow passage 34.
