<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device of a new constitution capable of suppressing rotational fluctuation by moment of inertia of a part supported through an elastic member.SOLUTION: A damper device of an embodiment includes, for example, a first member supported rotatably about a center of rotation, a second member supported rotatably about the center of rotation, a first elastic member elastically expanded and contracted in accompany with the relative rotations of the first member and the second member, and a movable portion disposed movably between a first position for permitting the relative rotations of the first member and the second member, and a second position for suppressing the relative rotations of the first member and the second member.</p> |
