PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror that can be normally used as a mirror, and capable of performing surface emission without degrading mirror function by allowing an entire mirror surface or a specific part to perform surface emission if a light source is turned on.SOLUTION: A mirror capable of performing surface emission according to the present invention comprises; a surface emission glass in which a nano pattern smaller than a wavelength of a visible ray is formed on an entire surface or a specific part of the surface; a light source disposed on a side portion of the surface emission glass and radiating light to side surfaces of the surface emission glass; and a metal coating layer coated on one surface of the surface emission glass and reflecting the light from the light source to a non-coated surface of the surface emission glass.
